I´m a member
of the local, state, and national board of REALTORS and have lived in the
Hot Springs area for the past 35 years.
I owned and operated a very successful business in Hot Springs for 17 years.
I attribute that success to the extra level of service I provide, my ability
to REALLY listen to the needs of my customers, and the honest and ethical way
in which I conduct my business.
I have brought these same qualities to my real estate career. I feel
nothing gives me more satisfaction than finding just the right property
for my buyers, negotiating the best price for them, and protecting their
interests through a smooth, non-stressful closing. I offer the same level
of service to my sellers, starting with a free, no obligation, market analysis
and being truly honest with them regarding what they can reasonably expect
their home to sell for. I also include, in most cases, a free one year home
warranty for the buyers, which gives my sellers an extra marketing edge. I also
show my sellers how to walk through their home as if they are seeing it for
the first time, as a potential buyer would do, and point out things they can
do to improve their home´s marketability.
Buying or selling a home is a major event in most peoples lives. I feel that
keeping my clients informed of each step in the buying or selling process helps
take the stress off of them to a large degree. I receive great satisfaction from
helping people I work for and consider my clients, not only as my partners in a
real estate venture, but, as life-long friends who will recommend my services
to their friends in the future.
